Loki is an American television series created by Michael Waldron for the streaming service Disney+, featuring the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Cast
Tom Hiddleston has the Main role as Loki from the film series, with Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong, and Owen Wilson also starring other roles. By September 2018, Marvel Studios was developing a number of limited series for Disney+, centered on supporting characters from the MCU films. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the filming was halted but later started in December.
Premier
Loki premiered on June 9, 2021, and will consist of six episodes. It is part of Phase Four of the MCU. A second season is in development.
Interesting storyline
While the entire Marvel series will undoubtedly be a spectacular spectacle, Loki is set to have an epic tale with the characteristic plot twists and surprises that will keep spectators glued to their seats until the very end. The Time Variance Authority, an institution that tracks different timelines to guarantee events in the past and future remain in order, has captured the God of Mischief.
Marvel never disappoints
As if all of the 23 films weren't enough, Marvel has stolen the show with its two new series, WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, all of which have been huge worldwide successes. Because of the franchise's track record over the years, fans are already anticipating a series that will blow them away.
